Ceatta Asset Recovery

Ceatta Ltd provide client and agent access to their unique bespoke ‘Ceatta Asset Recovery’ (C.A.R) database via the world-wide web, using a simple, but secure log-in procedure. We were the first repossession company to custom design a fully interactive portal which allows clients to view, instruct on and monitor their cases. As a consequence of our initiative and commitment to our clients, other repossession companies are now following suit.

We designed and commissioned the database portal in the summer of 2007 and went live with our design on the 12th November 2007. Our ultimate aim in producing C.A.R was to provide a service to our clients which helped towards reducing their administration time and expense; namely telephone calls, emails, etc regarding case status. We provided a service that no other repossession company offered. It also ensures transparency in operations and actions. 

C.A.R allows our clients to securely login directly to our case management system via an internet browser. From here they can view their cases and see a history of activity on the case, view visit details, check on received documentation and attachments.

Depending on the level of access requested and granted, clients may also update case information. Any information entered via Client access is updated in real time, with the information available to Ceatta agents immediately. Any member of staff involved with this contract can be issued with a unique User ID and password which promotes good auditing, monitoring and security compliance. 

Our database allows users current and archived case information, instant case status and the facility to upload attachments relevant to the case records. Photographs are also uploaded showing property and vehicle conditions which can save valuable time when assessing vehicles prior to auction, or can assist in legal proceedings. 

This service is available to Ceatta Agents and Clients enabling instant status information, thus ensuring client and agent interaction throughout the collections procedure.
